This Castle, built in the 14th century to house the troops and protect the Alcazaba, is today one of the most visited moments in Malaga where you can walk through its walls with impressive views of Malaga, or enter its Interpretation Center to get to know his story.

ROMAN THEATER
The Roman Theater of Malaga is one of the living symbols of Roman Hispania in the city. Built in the time of Augustus, in the 1st century after Christ, it remained in use until the 3rd century. Numerous materials such as ashlars, columns and carved stones were used for the construction of the Alcazaba.

LA ALCAZABA
This fortress palace whose name in Arabic means citadel is one of the historical monuments of the city, a very visited space for combining history and beauty in the same place. Built between 1057 and 1063 according to Muslim historians at the request of the Berber Taifa king of Granada, Badis.

ENGLISH GRAVEYARD
Built in the 19th century, the English Cemetery is the first Protestant cemetery erected in Spain. The cemetery houses the graves of important figures in the economic, social and cultural life of Malaga. One of the first was Robert Boyd, a young liberal Irishman who accompanied General Torrijos.

LA FAROLA
La Farola, in addition to being one of the two Spanish lighthouses that has a female name, is a recurring element in Malaga's iconography. Very appreciated by the people of Malaga, it was born in the 19th century, finishing its construction in 1816 in the time of Fernando VII.

SAN MIGUEL GRAVEYARD
The Historic Cemetery of San Miguel is located in the Capuchinos neighborhood, it was built according to the design of the architect Mitjana, being blessed in 1810 and completed in 1829. In a neoclassical style, it is one of the most important monumental cemeteries in Spain.

SAN TELMO AQUEDUCT
Made in the 18th century, it is a great work of engineering to improve the city's water supply. Located in the Ciudad Jardín district, it was declared an Asset of Cultural Interest since it is considered one of the most important hydraulic works in Spain of its century.

"TRES GRACIAS" FOUNTAIN
Built in cast iron, it is the work of the engineer José María Sánchez. It was installed in the 19th century in the Alameda Principal, then in the Plaza de la Marina and finally at the end of the Paseo del Parque, in the Plaza del General Torrijos, where it is currently located.
